I don’t do traditional strategic planning processes, but I DO help leaders and teams clear out the noise, (re)anchor on their values, get crystal clear on what they think, make sense of reality, and dream big for the future. My Approach

As a former executive, I know how challenging leadership can be.

Perhaps, despite your achievements and your power, you struggle with comparing yourself to others as a measure of your success. Or your drive to “figure it out” leads to perfectionism or spinning. Maybe you sometimes feel fearful of criticism and respond with defense or fragility, or your desire to learn and grow might often lead you to overcomplicate, doubt your intuition, and mistrust your judgement.
