Reflect

Reflect is where you start to see what’s actually been driving you, so you can decide what to do with it. You can’t change what you haven’t seen.

Reorient

This is where you define what good leadership looks like to you — not the institution’s version, not the role model’s version. Yours.

Reorient also means getting honest about something most people resist: the skills that got you here won’t get you there. It’s a genuinely new skill set.

Reclaim
